Movement has been a part of my life since my days as a rhythmic gymnast, and it’s taught me discipline, grace, and joy.

I’m here to help you feel stronger, more confident, and connected to your body.

Movement formats

  • Move to the beat of the music. Barre is a full-body workout that mixes ballet, Pilates, and strength training. It helps build lean muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility.

  • Connect to your breath. Pilates strengthens your core, improves flexibility, and enhances posture through precise, controlled movements.

  • Resist and align. Pilates builds strength, flexibility, and good posture. The Reformer focuses on deep muscles and lets you adjust resistance for all skill levels.
